Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Founding Roster

Joining the Founding Roster is free, so there is nothing to refund or cancel. You can leave anytime with the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Subastian subscription anytime, with no phone call and no retention hoops. Cancel from:

• your Subastian account settings, or
• the “manage subscription” link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.

Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

60-day money-back guarantee

• New subscribers can get a full refund within 60 days of their first payment, no questions asked.
• After 60 days, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or for billing errors (for example, a double charge or a charge after you canceled).
• The guarantee applies once per customer, to your first subscription purchase.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method and are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Depending on your bank or card issuer, a refund can take 5–10 business days to appear.

How to request a refund

Email subastianllc@gmail.com from your account email, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Telling us why helps us improve, but you don’t need a reason. We approve requests within the 60-day window and review requests outside it case by case.

Upgrades, downgrades, and plan changes

You can change plans anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Chargebacks

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for all Subastian purchases. If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank instead of contacting us, Lemon Squeezy’s dispute process handles it. Please contact us first; it’s almost always faster.

Affiliate commissions on refunded orders

If a referred order is refunded or charged back, the affiliate commission on that order may be reversed, as described in our affiliate program terms.
